Every bed is bespoke and handmade to order. We do not hold these beds as ready-made stock. Once your order is placed, your bed is individually manufactured according to your selected options and requested specifications.

Check your access: Please measure doorways, hallways, staircases, landings and any tight turning points to ensure that the bed components can be safely delivered into your bedroom.
Split headboard: The headboard is supplied in two sections as standard to help with access. Please still check the dimensions of individual components against your property's access routes.
Bespoke measurements: As each bed is handmade, small manufacturing tolerances may occur. Allow appropriate clearance when measuring your room, particularly if the headboard is intended to fit into a restricted space.
Access difficulties: If a bed cannot be delivered into the intended room because of restricted access, alternative arrangements may involve additional charges. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about access or require special adjustments. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
